We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate, Bev, Julia and Ben's care of Albert. They are a great family and it is quite obvious that they have Albert's interests at heart. I keep recommending them to people I talk to.

Just a quick note to say I collected Bernard yesterday from the minders. He is so healthy and happy, and has had a great time. He even had the company of his pommy dog friend on his last day. It is great to find such a lovely service in New Zealand, which sets our minds at rest when we travel.
